When you use the project brief, you may enter company, contact, country, product, capacity, utility and project information. The website formats this information on your device and opens a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation. The website itself does not save the submitted brief.

The MADE Assistant provides preset website answers in your current browser session. Questions entered there are not sent to WhatsApp and are not a live conversation with an engineer.
